One of the state's main partners
The Highway Institute is one of the state's main partners in the implementation of the most significant infrastructure projects in the road industry. The tasks of project planning, professional supervision, geotechnics, and testing of construction materials are carried out within 4 departments and 2 sectors, in accordance with the appropriate documents of the integrated management system, the quality system of our accredited laboratories, and relevant laws, regulations, and general acts of the Highway Institute. The organizational units of The Highway Institute are:
- The Design Institute
- Department for Professional Supervision
- Department for Geotechnics
- The Institute for Construction Materials
- Sector for Legal and General Affairs and Human Resources Development
- Sector for Economic and Financial Affairs
The organizational units are managed by the Directors of institutes or sectors
At the Highway Institute, Belgrade, the Quality Service is organized, which reports to the Director of the company and the quality management representative, as well as the Technical Preparation Department, which reports to the Director of the company.
The Highway Institute, Belgrade, has established a Certification Body for products, which, on behalf of the Institute and for its account, performs conformity assessment and product certification and ensures the accreditation of the Institute as an accredited organization. The Certification Body has a manager and members.
