The primary activity of the Bureau is professional-technical supervision over the execution of works on the construction, rehabilitation, reconstruction, and maintenance of state roads IA (highways) and IB categories, state roads IIA and IIB categories, municipal roads, urban streets, airports, bridges, and structures according to domestic legislation and all types of FIDIC contracts.
Activities of professional supervision
- Control of construction according to technical documentation
- Control and verification of the quality of all types of works in compliance with regulations, standards, and technical norms
- Control and verification of quantities of executed works
- Control of construction documentation
- Providing necessary instructions to the Contractor, especially in case of deviations from the technical documentation and changes in construction conditions
- Collaboration with the Designer to ensure details of technological and organizational solutions for the execution of works and to resolve other issues that arise during the works
- Participation in the technical inspection and acceptance of structures, control of the elimination of remarks until the final acceptance of the structure, as well as the handover of the structure to the Investor
- Consulting services aimed at reducing costs and time required for the execution of works through the optimization of construction technology and resolution of compensation claims
